This mid 70’s home is a perfect example of how exciting and rejuvenating it can be to stay in a great location and have all the new technology, appliances, and surfaces that are available today. There aren’t many views like this anymore…so the owner decided to give this dated interior a face lift. The kitchen was completely re-done with custom dark cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, 18″ travertine floors and new stainless steel appliances. The dining room was expanded and combined with a large kitchen which added to casual family and friends dining. The owner loves to cook and she’s really good at it.

The entire home was resurface with 18″ travertine stone tile throughout…old baths were re-done…walk-in showers expanded…new vertical grain fir interior doors replaced old painted ones…pop corn ceiling texture was removed and replaced with new plaster. We created a one of a kind custom travertine pedestal sink in the powder room. The exterior was painted and updated, pool resurfaced, and a putting green added at the side yard. It’s a totally new home…the owners are thrilled.
